Directory use

Listings are provided by venue owners and third parties. TrueVenue does not guarantee availability, pricing, or suitability. Always confirm details directly with a venue before booking.

Listing content

Venue owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, imagery rights, and contact details. We may edit or remove listings that are misleading, incomplete, or breach these terms.

Accounts and promotion

Paid promotion features are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Liability

TrueVenue is a directory service. We are not party to contracts between couples and venues and are not liable for losses arising from venue bookings or events.
